At Youth Work Day 2024 we are celebrating our partnerships with youth organisations because youth work is also about the village. We are grateful to Fei Yue Community Services for inviting us to be part of their mission to help our village resource ourselves to be more equipped to work with youths "not in education, employment, or training" (NEET). Organised annually, YWD celebrates the contributions of youth work professionals as well as initiatives to build the sector's capabilities to better serve our youths. Held at NUS Shaw Foundation Alumni House this year, in conjunction with Fei Yue Community Services Youth Outreach Conference (YOC2024).

The focus of this segment is to provide participants with valuable insights into NEETs population in Singapore. We will be inviting ex-NEET youths from Fei Yue to join us in this segment to share their personal experience with the interventions and their perspectives of what works. In addition, Mr Benjamin Yeo, Lead Social Worker at Fei Yue Community Services will be sharing Fei Yue experiences and research findings concerning the NEETs population.
